Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators are here to help you, your family, and carers get the most from the NDIS funding and support services available to you.
Receiving appropriate funding and support is important to help you achieve whatever it is you want from your life, and with a Calder Care coordinator helping you through the process every step of the way, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing expert advice is always on hand.
Your Support Coordinator can assist you with:
- Understanding, optimising, and implementing the funded supports in your plan
- Preparation for your plan review
- Negotiating with NDIS providers on your behalf
- Ensuring services agreements and booking are completed
- Putting you in touch with services available through government sources and in your local community
- Identifying and building your skills, interests, and things that matter to you
- Helping you maintain your independence and freedom of choice
Cleaning & Maintenance Services
Give yourself a break from household chores, cleaning and garden maintenance. Our team are at your service for a variety and home maintenance services including:
- Spring cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Tile and grout clean
- Window cleaning

- Industrial and hoarder deep cleans
